How an order is paid
Deposit, then balance — the standard B2B route.
STEP 01
Quote & invoice
You send models, styles and quantities. We return a Proforma Invoice with unit price, tier discount, lead time and the exact account to pay.
STEP 02
Deposit 30%
Paid on the invoice account. Production is scheduled as soon as it clears. T/T, SEPA, ACH or EFT — whichever you already use.
STEP 03
Production & QC
3–5 weeks. We send QC photos of the finished run, including every colour you ordered, before we pack.
STEP 04
Balance 70%
Paid against the bill of lading or before dispatch. We then release the shipment and the export documents.
Payment reference — please include it, or we cannot match your money to your order.
[Buyer name] · [Invoice or PI number] · [Product]
Missing references are the single most common cause of a payment sitting unallocated for days.

Invoice holder = account holder. Our export and invoicing entity is
Dongguan Fenggang Xinrongfa Digital Business Firm (the sales arm), while the
Dongguan Xinrongfa New Material Technology Co., Ltd. accounts belong to the factory that physically
produces your order. Both are the same team at the same address in Fenggang, Dongguan. Pay to the account
named on your invoice — if the invoice says one entity and you pay the other, the money takes weeks to trace.
