No registration wall
There is no account to open and no price list gated behind a form. Every product page carries a list price per piece, and the volume tiers below apply to every buyer, not to whoever negotiates hardest.
No invented freight
Freight is calculated per order by weight and destination at quotation time. It is never quoted as a flat guess that gets trued up later, after you have already committed to the goods.
No hidden sample fee
A sample costs the unit price plus the courier charge — that is all. No sample fee is added on top, and none is quietly loaded into the bulk unit price to pay for it either.
Volume discount — one table, applied to the whole order
The tier is driven by the total piece count of the order, not by how many you take of any single style. That is deliberate: it means you can spread 500 pieces across ten moulds and still be paid the 500-piece rate.
| Total pieces in the order | Discount off list |
|---|---|
| 50 – 299 pcs | List price |
| 300 – 499 pcs | − 2 % |
| 500 – 999 pcs | − 4 % |
| 1,000 – 2,000 pcs | − 6 % |
| Over 2,000 pcs | Quoted case by case |
The terms, line by line
Everything below is agreed at quotation and then fixed for the life of the order. It does not move afterwards unless you change the destination or the volume.
| Minimum order | 50 pcs per style. There is no minimum spend on the invoice as a whole, and no separate higher minimum for first-time buyers. |
| Mixed styles & colours | No surcharge. Mix iPhone and Galaxy models, mix finishes, mix colours freely. The tier follows the order total. |
| Samples | 1–5 pcs of any style at unit price plus courier. No sample fee. Ordered separately from the bulk run; not credited back against it. |
| Lead time | 3–5 weeks for catalogue styles from the day the deposit clears. Stock colours sit at the fast end; new colour, print or packaging at the slow end. |
| Payment method | Bank transfer (T/T) in USD, CAD or EUR. Collection accounts held in Germany, the United States, Canada and Hong Kong — see the payment page. |
| Payment schedule | Against a pro-forma invoice. Orders below 2,000 pcs are settled in full before production; from 2,000 pcs the order can be split — half as a deposit, the balance once the goods are ready to load. Anything with bespoke colour, printing or packaging is settled in full, because those materials are committed to your order from day one. |
| Customisation minimum | 500 pcs per style and colour for colour matching, logo printing or branded packaging. Tooling stays ours, so no mould-development fee on a catalogue design. |
| Shipping | DAP, DDP or FCA/FOB — your choice at quotation. Air and sea both available; the full comparison is on the shipping page. |
| Cargo insurance | Optional, at 2 % of the declared cargo value. Decline it and the carrier's liability stops at the freight charge you paid — the value of the goods is not covered. Suggested on sea shipments and first orders. |
| After-sales | 30-day claim window from delivery and a 12-month manufacturing warranty. Replacements travel with your next order — nothing is posted back to Dongguan. Full detail in the after-sales policy. |
| Currency of quotation | Whichever of USD, CAD or EUR suits your accounting. The exchange basis is fixed on the pro-forma invoice and does not move before payment. |
What buying from the plant actually changes
Not a slogan — these are the practical differences a trading company cannot match, because they all come from owning the tooling and the floor.
Xinrongfa — the manufacturer
- Own moulds and in-house production, so we control the schedule
- Cost quoted from our factory floor, not a markup on someone else's
- Factory audit on site or over live video, and third-party inspection accepted
- Custom colour, logo and packaging handled in-house, not subcontracted
- Technical answers on material, tolerances and tooling from the people running the presses
Trading company
- Schedules depend on whichever factory takes the order that month
- Price carries an extra margin layer you cannot see
- Usually no production site to show a buyer
- Customisation passed to a third party, with the lead time that implies
- Technical questions answered second-hand
