Not in the price	Logo printing, custom retail packaging, new tooling, freight and duties — all quoted separately per order.
Samples	1–5 pcs at unit price, no sample fee. Sample lead time 5–8 days; courier cost on your account.
Colour tolerance	Colours are matched against our in-house library. If you need a Pantone match, send the code and we confirm against a physical sample.
Compliance	See the Documentation table for the current status of every certificate. Everything marked in progress is not yet claimable on your listings.
